Services

Scope of work

Four areas of work. Usually two visits: once when a system is being considered or has just been agreed, and again for the de-installation.

System inspection

The system gone through on site while it is still installed and running. Identity, configuration, enabled options, service history and physical condition, taken off the system itself rather than off the paperwork.

Quality assurance testing

The system put through its test and calibration routines and a full round of image quality work, so performance is verified rather than assumed. Results recorded alongside the inspection findings.

Site surveys

Access, route and rig-out assessed on site, with everything the buyer needs to plan the de-installation. Fixed rooms, modular buildings, trailers and mobile-mounted systems.

Lead engineer for de-installation

On site as lead engineer through de-installation, crating and load-out, directing the crew. Either the contractor the customer appoints, or a turn-key de-installation with rigging and transport partners from a network built across Europe over twenty years.

Approach

How a job runs

01

Capture on site

Serial plates, configuration, console state and physical condition recorded room by room and component by component, while the system is still standing.

02

Verify

We read values off the system itself. Anything we cannot confirm on site is recorded as a gap in the report.

03

Report

A standardised, photo-evidenced report, in the same format every time.

Method

Structured capture

Inspections are captured through our own tooling. Each job follows the same sequence, every photograph is accounted for against the system and component it belongs to, and every report comes back in the same structure.
